1. Definitions
1.1 Promoter – Punk Competitions, 14 Newmonthill, Forfar, DD82BH.
1.2 Website – www.punkcompetitions.co.uk.
1.3 Prize – The specific prize for each competition, at the discretion of the Promoter. No cash alternatives are offered.
1.4 Entrant – The individual who enters the competition. Only the Entrant can claim the prize.
1.5 Entry – A valid entry requires selecting a ticket number (manually or via lucky dip), payment of the fee, or following the free-entry method outlined in Clause 16.
1.6 Competition – Ends when the maximum number of entries is reached. Competitions may be extended at the Promoter’s discretion if ticket sales are below the minimum threshold.
2. General Terms and Conditions
2.1 By entering, Entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Entrants must provide accurate contact details. The Promoter is not responsible for failed prize claims due to incorrect information.
2.3 Contact details may be stored as per the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter may disclose information if required by law.
2.4 Only Entrants aged 18+ residing in Great Britain may participate.
2.5 Entry fee payment does not guarantee winning a prize.
2.6 The number of entries per person varies per competition and will be displayed in the product description.
2.7 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws. The Promoter is not liable for illegal entries.
2.8 Competitions are governed by UK law.
2.9 All entries become property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
2.10 The Promoter is not liable for the prize’s market value or any faults upon transfer.
2.11 The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent/illegal behavior. Decisions are final.
2.12 Payment confirmation must be received within 15 minutes, or ticket numbers will be re-listed. The Promoter is not responsible for failed payments.
2.13 Payments are taken at the time of entry submission.
2.14 Entry fees are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled.
2.15 The Promoter’s decisions on winners and other matters are final.
2.16 Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do not apply to competition prizes.
3.1 Postal Entry – (Max 3 Entries per competition) Entrants must create a free website account and send a stamped postcard with their details (name, address, DOB, phone, email) and chosen competition. Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date. Late entries are invalid. Punk Competitions, 14 Newmonthill, Forfar, DD82BH.
4. Winner Selection and Prize Delivery
4.1 The winning Entrant will be contacted using the details provided. The Promoter will attempt to contact winners up to three times. If unsuccessful after 14 days, an alternative winner will be selected.
4.2 Winners are chosen randomly via a ball machine or random number generator in a live Facebook draw.
4.3 Vehicle winners must complete the V5 transfer before receiving the vehicle. Winners are responsible for taxing and insuring their vehicle. (Vehicles will be inspected prior to delivery and will be roadworthy)
4.4 Prizes are delivered in person or via courier. Additional charges may apply for bespoke delivery requirements.
4.5 The Promoter is not responsible for lost/damaged couriered prizes.
4.6 Winners agree to have their name, location, photos, and videos published for promotional purposes.
5. Competition Extensions & Liability
5.1 Competitions may be extended up to four times if ticket sales are insufficient.
5.2 If ticket sales do not meet the minimum requirement after four extensions, the prize may be substituted for a cash amount equal to ticket sales minus 10%.
5.3 The Promoter is not responsible for financial losses, computer failures, or errors in prize descriptions. Entrants must verify competition details before entering.
6. Fraud Prevention and Fair Play
6.1 Fraudulent activities, including hacking or automated entries, will result in immediate disqualification.
6.2 Digital wallet funds are non-refundable and can only be used for future competition entries.
6.3 The Promoter may suspend or close user accounts at its discretion. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in a permanent ban.
6.4 Winners of vehicles must complete a reaction video before reselling the vehicle back to the original supplier.
7. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
7.1 Punk Competitions complies with the Gambling Act 2005 and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
7.2 A designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) oversees AML compliance.
7.3 Identity verification may be required before processing transactions.
7.4 Player accounts and transactions are monitored for suspicious activity.
7.5 AML training is provided to staff to detect and report suspicious transactions.
8.1 These Terms form a binding contract between the Entrant and Punk Competitions.
8.2 The Promoter may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
8.3 The site is for users aged 18+.
8.4 The Promoter owns all site content, including trademarks and intellectual property.
8.5 Account registration requires accurate information. The Promoter may suspend accounts with false details.
8.6 All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
8.7 Prohibited activities include fraudulent activity, system manipulation, and harassment. Violations will result in disqualification.
8.8 The Promoter is not responsible for third-party website links or external content.
8.9 User-generated content, including reviews, must be truthful and non-offensive. The Promoter reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
